在经过各项严格的审查、评定之后,2019年度中国国际先锋工业设计大奖获奖名单于近日尘埃落定。凭借在国际制造业科技研发联合协会展览的优异表现,先锋音乐人、卓越的音响工程师、医药包装工程师以及金融科技工程师分获一等二等和三等奖。此次荣膺这一颇具分量的奖项,无疑是对音响工程师贺雨佳将高端科技设计与音乐有机融合的最大肯定。
国际制造业科技研发联合协会简称ITA。该协会每年都会表彰国内外工程界的创新成果。在过去的几十年里,该协会致力于搭建一个与制造行业有关、前沿科技交汇相融的平台,并承担起相应的社会责任,为国家内部、海外交流与研究机构、高等学府之间打通桥梁,促进多方沟通与联系,达到合作共赢的目的。该协会对科研的发展可谓尽心竭力,时常邀请全球范围内的前沿科研者出席国际性会议,并设立相关奖项,对制造行业创新科技的青年人才予以褒奖、鼓励国内科研人员在继承既有基础的前提下不断研发包含创新元素的新产品。
正是在此基础上,ITA在大约30年前推出了年度国际先锋工业设计大奖这一荣誉。经过长时间的沉淀,该奖项已成为业内公认的权威殊荣之一,具有极高的说服力。具体奖项的范围囊括电子信息产品、家用电器、家居用品、医疗保健用品、音响和娱乐技术、办公用品、儿童用品、轻便交通运输工具八大类,其中的重要依据包括先导性、创新性、实用性、美学效果、人机工学、品质、环保性与经济性等。
在近日公布的获奖名单当中,贺雨佳与均律信息科技公司一项改变音乐娱乐行业的创意音频工程技术榜上有名、获得了一等奖。凭借高瞻远瞩的战略眼光、独到先进的细节设计,贺雨佳团队凭借均律乐器数字接口(多通道)平台荣膺2019年度奖项,受到科研同行、业界顶尖专家的一致好评。作为上海均律信息科技有限公司的总裁,贺雨佳与他的团队呕心沥血开发出的均律乐器数字接口(多通道)平台是整个公司的得意之作。乐器数字化接口是电子乐器行业制定的标准电子通信协议,能够让不同类型的数字化乐器、计算机及其他电子设备进行连接、同步和互相沟通,从而保证它们之间的兼容性。这项技术此前在国内形式较为单一,且成本不菲——如果想要一次性购买,那么需要花费很大一笔资金。
在贺雨佳与均律团队的改造下,这款乐器数字接口(多通道)平台实现了对以往单一模式的突破,起到了多通道控制器的作用。平台支持用户连接电脑或其他音乐设备、并同时演奏多种电子乐器。它可以帮助用户在弹奏钢琴时切换到吉他或竖琴,且不会忽略任何一个节拍。最重要的是,它大大降低了传统形式的成本,实现了国内乐坛在这一技术领域零的突破、一经推出就深受国内用户广泛好评。
二等奖的获得者曾梅是一位出类拔萃的医药包装工程师。她凭借自主研发的独家技术“多腔室袋及其在静脉营养输液上的应用”摘得了荣誉。该项目把药液在严格无菌环境下分别置于各腔室之中,使用时通过外力打开隔室的可开间隔,使得多室相通,几种药液就可以在几秒钟内完成了混合过程、形成混合液,直接用于治疗患者。多室输液袋的突出优点是配药操作简化、准确,既可在安全、封闭的系统中杜绝微生物污染和混合注射液中的杂质颗粒(即解决传统输液瓶使用中存在的内源性污染和外源性污染),也可用于紧急情况并有效减少人为操作失误。该类包装形式实用性极高,尤其解决了多组分互相不能长期混溶产品的储存问题,对于提高输液治疗的安全性和便利性都有非常重要的意义。
迄今为止的一系列例子有力地证明,获得国际先锋工业设计奖的技术和创新成果已经为中国国内和国际社会做出了有意义的贡献。如今,均律乐器数字接口(多通道)平台也已在海外市场得到推广,影响力覆盖亚洲、北美洲、欧洲、非洲等全球知名地区,收获了巨大成功。在部分国家,均律的产品覆盖率几乎相当于微信在中国的普及。根据国际先锋工业设计大奖评选细则,该平台不仅“设计理念独特新颖,创新点突出”、“材料运用合理,工艺品质精良,产品质量可靠”,且“对提高产品附加值和品牌价值贡献较大”。

Audio and medical technology reformer wins 2019 International Pioneer Industrial Design Award
After various strict reviews and assessments, the winners of the 2019 China International Pioneer Industrial Design Awards were recently settled. The International Association of Manufacturing Technology Research and Development, or ITA for short, recognizes domestic and international engineering innovations every year. It was on this basis that ITA launched the annual International Pioneer Industrial Design Award some 30 years ago. The project places the drug solution in each chamber under strict aseptic environment, and opens the openable interval of the compartment by external force when it is used, so that several drug solutions can complete the mixing process and form a mixture in a few seconds, which can be directly used to treat patients. The outstanding advantage of multi-compartment infusion bag is the simplification and accuracy of the dispensing operation, which can eliminate microbial contamination and impurity particles in the mixed injection solution in a safe and closed system (i.e., to solve the endogenous and exogenous contamination in the use of traditional infusion bottles), and can also be used in emergency situations and effectively reduce human errors. This type of packaging is extremely practical, especially in solving the problem of storing multi-component products that cannot be mixed with each other for a long period of time, and is very important for improving the safety and convenience of infusion therapy. The series of examples to date are strong evidence that the technologies and innovations that have won the International Pioneer Industrial Design Award have made a meaningful contribution to the Chinese domestic and international community.
